Understanding the data: - The purpose of this data is to provide a breakdown for how each guild actually performs.
- The goal for each Guild is not necessarily to have the fastest execution time of all actions, but rather to have a reliable billing around the middle of the field.
This provides the most streamlined experience for users, where their actions on average are billed for the same amount of CPU, regardless of which Guild it is.

Total Actions:- How many actions cryptolions1 has signed in the last 7 days. CPU Billing:- cryptolions1 Average CPU Billing compared to the Average across all guilds. Negative number means faster.
Analyzed:- How many actions analyzed in the dataset for cryptolions1.
Overbilling:- How many actions cryptolions1 charge more CPU for than the Average across all Guilds.
Underbilling:- How many actions cryptolions1 charge less CPU for than the Average across all Guilds.

Snapshots: - Each Snapshot is a dataset over the previous 7 days (168 hours), Looking at the 150 most used actions in that time period.
- If the guild has not executed the action at least 50 times over the last 7 days, it is removed from the breakdown.
